Traffic in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) -- and other large cities -- is a nightmare for the uninitiated. There are few rules or traffic lights, and everybody's in a hurry. Horns honk constantly. The country has more than 20 million motorbikes, motor scooters and motorcycles and only 750,000 cars and trucks.
